Anthracite Creative Works is the professional visual arts studio of Phoebe R Heath. Phoebe earned her bacchelor of fine arts, with a painting concentration, and an art history minor from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She currently exhibits in the central PA region and beyond. Sales of original fine art and products are processed through her Etsy shop.
